This is installed to the ceiling with maximum interval of 24″ or 610mm with size of 19mm (3/4″) x 50mm (2″) x 5m (16 ft)

Furring Channnel with maximum interval of 4ft or 1220mm with standard size of 12mm (1/2″) x 38mm (1 1/2″) x 5m (16ft)

Wall angle, JEA Maxx

Wall Angle

Attached to the perimeter wall by a concrete nail or any fastening materials. It carries the end of JEA-MAXX Furring Channel and end of boards with size of 25mm (1″) x 25mm (1″) x 2.40 meters (8ft)

With Thickness:

  • GA 26/0.40mm
  • GA 25/0.50mm
  • GA 24/0.60mm
  • GA 22/0.80mm
Furring Clips, Single W-Clip, Double W-Clip, w-clip for light steel frames

W-Clip or U-Clip

This is used to connect the Double Furring and Carrying Channel together.

  • Double Clip for Double Furring
  • Single Clip for Single Furring
Ceiling Hanger for Ceiling Light Steel Frames, threaded rod, j-type hanger bracket

J - Type Hanger Bracket

Attached to the JEA-MAXX Carrying Channel with maximum interval of 4ft (1220mm)

It is composed of 

  1. J Type Clip
  2. Threaded Rod 3/8″ x 3m
  3. Expansion Shield or Anchor Grip 3/8″
  4. Hex nuts 3/8″

Metal Tracks (DryWall)

Placed on the floor by a concrete nail, tox or any fastening material with size of 35mm (1 3/8) x 76mm (3″) and standard length of 2.44m (8ft) to 3.0m (10ft)

  • 35mm x 51mm, 64mm, 92mm, 102mm
  • 50mm x 75mm, 100mm, 150mm

Metal Studs, JEA Maxx Drywall

Metal Studs (DryWall)

Installed vertically inside the tracks by studs screw or blind rivets with maximum spacing of 610mm (24″). It also holds the boards.

Size varies from 51mm (2″), 64mm (2 1/2″), 76mm (3″), 92mm (3 1/2″), 102mm (4″) with lenght of 24mm (8 ft)

Carrying Channel Clip

Attached perpendicularly to JEA-MAXX
Furring Channnel with maximum interval of 4ft or 1220mm. It is the alternative of the standard carrying channel.

Corner Beads

It is used to cover the corners of your drywall partitions, commonly used as a protection for your outside dry wall partition.
